Changing the Order of Buttons

The default order of buttons is:

  1. Activity

  2. Case

  3. Customer

  4. History

  5. Audit

  6. KB

  7. Classify

  8. Links

  9. Visitor History

  10. Start Cobrowse

  11. Cobrowse

  12. Page Push

To change the order of buttons:
  1. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to Tools > Screen Toolbar.

  3. On the List page, click the Options button in the Actions column for the button you want to move.

  4. In the menu that appears, click one of the following options:

    1. Move Up

    2. Move Down

    3. Move Top 

    4. Move Bottom.
