Removing Buttons

You can remove buttons from the information pane section toolbar, if agents don’t use them or if there are buttons you don’t want agents to use.

Things to note:

  • The Activity and KB buttons cannot be removed.

  • The changes are made at the partition level and take effect throughout the system.

To remove a button:

  1. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to Tools > Screen Toolbar.

  3. On the List page, select the screen toolbar to edit.

  4. In the Edit Toolbar window, in the Visible field, click the Toggle button to remove the button from the toolbar.

  5. Click Okay.
