Report Schedule Grid

The report schedule grid contains the report schedules defined for a report. Users can view and modify the report schedules and view status information about the report schedules. Scheduled reports assigned to disabled users are disabled in the grid.

Schedule Grid Operations

Select one or more report schedules (if required) then click the function buttons at the top of the grid to perform the following actions:

  • Enable to enable the selected report schedule or schedules.

  • Disable to disable the selected report schedule or schedules.

  • New to create a new report schedule. Complete the fields as described in Creating a Report Schedule.

  • Reassign to reassign the selected report schedule or schedules to a new user. In the folder tree, select the folder containing the user you want to assign the report to, then click OK.

  • Delete to delete the selected report schedule or schedules. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.

  • Reload to refresh the schedule grid with the latest information.

Schedule Grid Columns

You can click on a column to sort the report schedule grid by the values in that column.

Contents

Check box

Select the check box beside a report schedule to select or deselect that schedule. Select the check box in the column heading to select or deselect all schedules in the grid.

Enable / Disable

Indicator showing whether the report schedule is enabled or disabled. The indicator has the following values:

  • the report schedule is enabled and will run the report at the next scheduled time

  • the report schedule is disabled and will not run the report at the next scheduled time.

Schedule

The name of the report schedule. Click on the name to view or edit the details of the report schedule.

Assigned To

The name of the user who owns this report schedule.

Report

The name of the report that this report schedule will run.

Path

The path in the folder tree where the report and the report schedule are located.

Date Created

The date that this report schedule was created.

Last Run

The date and time that the report schedule was last run and an indicator showing the status. The status indicator has the following values:

  • the scheduled report ran successfully

  • the scheduled report did not run because of schedule errors

  • the scheduled report has not yet run.

Next Run

The date and time when this report is scheduled to run next, and an indicator showing the status of the next scheduled run. The status indicator has the following values:

  • the report schedule is enabled and the report will run at the next scheduled time

  • the report schedule is disabled and the report will not run at the next scheduled time

  • the next scheduled time for this report to run is in the past.
