About Managing Reports
Users with Report Management permissions in the folder containing a report can edit the report (for example, to rename it or even to rebuild it) or delete it.
Users can also create linked reports. Linked reports are links to a given report in a different location and/or under a different name, which share the same definition as the parent report but can be managed and used independently (such as saving different parameters).
Finally, Advanced Mode users with the above permissions can move a report from one folder to another.
