About Bulk Upload

The Bulk Upload Tool

The bulk upload tool is used for importing large numbers of resource items into eGain Analytics. It is used to generate resources such as Agents or Skill Groups by filling in resource attributes using the standard CSV format.

All CSV files require headers that dictate where each value goes. These headers are provided by templates that can be downloaded from the appropriate Bulk Upload page in eGain Analytics.
