Configuring Partition Settings

Partition settings are configurable at various locations.

To configure partition settings:
  1. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to the following locations to change the respective settings:

    • Calltrack Settings: Navigate to Apps > CallTrack > Settings. For more information, see CallTrack Settings.

    • Chat and Messaging Settings: Navigate to Apps > Chat & Messaging > Settings. For more information, see Chat Settings.

    • Cobrowse Settings: Navigate to  Apps > Cobrowse > Settings. For more information, see Click to Call Settings.

    • Email Settings: Navigate to Apps > Email > Settings. For more information, see Email Settings.

    • General Partition Settings: Navigate to Apps > General Settings. For more information, see General Partition Settings.

    • Integration Settings: Navigate to Integration > Settings. For more information, see Integration Settings.

    • Knowledge Settings: Navigate to Apps > Knowledge > Settings. For more information, see Knowledge Settings.

    • Language Settings: Navigate to Language Tools > Settings. For more information, see Language Settings.

    • Offers Settings: Navigate to Apps > Offers > Settings. For more information, see Offers Settings.

    • Security Settings: Navigate to Security > Settings. For more information, see Security Settings.

    • Social Settings: Navigate to Apps > Social > Settings. For more information, see Social Settings.

    • AI Services Settings: Navigate to Apps > AI Services. For more information, see Configuring AI Services Settings.

  3. Upon selecting a setting on the Properties page, configure values for the settings. 

  4. Click the Save button.
